Associate Psychologist at 80%The Nant Foundation organizes all public care for the East Vaud region. It assumes public health missions at the request of the Canton of Vaud. Its care services are open to everyone, children, adolescents, adults, and the elderly living in the districts of Aigle, Lavaux-Oron, and Riviera-Pays-d'Enhaut. They are provided by psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, occupational therapists, social workers, and other mental health professionals. The Nant Foundation is a member of the Federation of Vaud Hospitals (FHV), the umbrella organization for regional Vaud hospitals recognized as being of public interest. It is also part of the Haut-Léman Health Network, which brings together health partners from the Riviera and Pays-d'Enhaut with those from the Vaud and Valais Chablais. Rooted in psychoanalysis by its history, the Nant Foundation currently recognizes itself in its contemporary developments. Then you are the person we need to complete our team at the Transcultural Psychiatry Device (DPT) as an Associate Psychologist at 80%.THE MISSIONThe psychologists of the Transcultural Psychiatry Device (DPT) provide brief clinical interventions for patients from the migration background of the East Vaud basin. The patient population of the DPT is often in a situation of precariousness and thus requires specific follow-up and interdisciplinary care. They participate in the care of patients as well as their families via individual interviews or in pairs.WE OFFERThe DPT is a specialized device which, for some of its activities, is transversal to all services of the Nant Foundation. Its mission is to promote the quality of care offered to patients from a migration background and to support the development of theoretical and practical skills in transcultural clinical practice within the East Vaud Sector and the regional network. Working in this device means putting your skills at the service of patients from a migration background and demonstrating a unique listening to transculturality. We offer a stimulating work environment, promoting interdisciplinary collaboration, clinical reflection, and the co-construction of projects according to the interests and skills of each person. The position also includes an active role in clinical supervision, as well as opportunities for teaching internally and externally, depending on areas of interest and skills.
