To support this ambition, we are looking for an Area Lead Insurance / IAG who will play a pivotal role between the business, technology, and the promise of augmented insurance through AI.Your missions will include:- Defining and maintaining the IAG Insurance roadmap (vision, priorities, sequencing)- Identifying and prioritizing high-impact business use cases (productivity, quality, time-to-value, client)- Orchestrating the IAG portfolio, from POC to implementation- Analyzing and anticipating current and emerging trends in Artificial Intelligence to ensure alignment with other company programs- Uniting, synchronizing, and aligning key stakeholders (Business, TDSI) around IAG issues and common objectives- Collaborating and co-building with the Legal, Risk, and Compliance teams a controlled usage framework based on a risk-based approach- Actively contributing to business units in IAG and change management- Defining, monitoring, and optimizing value metrics (adoption, productivity, decision quality, time-to-value) and driving necessary adjustments- Measuring, documenting, and valuing the impact of initiatives through business Success StoriesYour profile:- Proven experience (10+ years) in property and/or casualty insurance, in high-impact business roles (Claims Management, underwriting, distribution, customer engagement)- Capacity to prioritize by value, arbitrate, and deliver measurable outcomes- Solid experience in transversal management of programs or project portfolios- Functional mastery of IAG technologies: LLM, co-pilots, agents, autonomous agents, augmented intelligence- Possess influential leadership, excellent communication skills at the executive level, and a sharp sense of business- Graduated with a Master's degree / HES / University oriented towards business, management, economics, or applied studies- Exposure or supplementary knowledge in digital or AI- Fluent communication in French: C2 - English: C2 - German: appreciatedWe offer you:- A healthy work environment in a mutual company awarded Best Employer- Multiple social benefits, including flexibility in working arrangements- Human values focused on employee well-being within a dynamic and passionate team- Support in development and growthWe look forward to receiving your complete application digitally (CV, cover letter, and diplomas). jida7520f4aen jit0206aen jpiy26aen
