Owner 100%Job DescriptionThe Valais Hospital is looking for an Owner 100% for the IT unit department.A key player between the business lines and IT, you guarantee the performance and evolution of our HR systems. This opportunity may be for you, apply without delay.Mission:- Ensure the management of HR systems & HR Portal in collaboration with the various stakeholders;- Ensure consistency in the IS architecture, the lifecycle of applications and ensure the maintenance of the documentation;- Act as a functional specialist / expert on specific and technical issues related to applications deemed critical;- Advise and propose solutions related to developments and/or interfacing;- Participate in projects and the implementation of new complex systems;- Collaborate closely with the Payroll and Management & Analytics departments;- Guarantee the testing and implementation of new functionalities;- Organize, plan tests and deployments of new versions, coordinate updates.Profile:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience;- 3 to 5 years of experience in the field of management systems and complex systems;- Excellent knowledge of ERPs and their structure;- Very good knowledge of office software and databases;- Knowledge of ITIL v3, Confluence;- Knowledge of the Abacus product and understanding of HR business processes;- Good communication and listening skills;- Marked sense of service and drive;- Sense of organization and priority;- Proactivity and sense of responsibility;- Native French or German speaker with very good knowledge of the second language.We offer:- A stimulating and diversified environment with the possibility of leveraging your knowledge and experience;- Attractive employment conditions;- Possibilities for continuing education and professional development.Find all the advantages for our employees here.Start date: August jidc4c4da7aen jit0519aen jpiy26aen
