As part of one of our activities and in order to respond to new cantonal projects, we are looking to strengthen our teams of occupational therapists, today composed of 22 occupational therapists within the CMS X of La Côte, by opening positions for: An occupational therapist for the CMS X East. Mission:- Ensure quality occupational therapy based on models and a client-centered approach.- Assume the care of clients in accordance with the mission of home care in an interdisciplinary functioning mode.- Participate in the well-aging initiative and the development of competencies, by supervising auxiliary staff and interns.- Be an active promoter of occupational therapy within their CMS, with the FLC during professional groups, and by participating in the cantonal project for home care, in local events and/or by leading prevention workshops.Profile:- Bachelor HES-SO in Occupational Therapy or equivalent or diploma X from the Swiss Red Cross.- Ability to be and position oneself as a partner in networked work.- Interest in developing their role autonomously.- Experience in the field of care, a plus.- Interest in developing their practice according to models and with the client.- Mastery of tools and a driving license essential.The FLC encourages all applications, including internal.
