Occupational Therapy ConsultantMissionTo support, promote, and develop the quality of occupational therapy provided within the La Côte area (FLC), working closely with the managers of the Medical-Social Centers (CMS) and the consultants of AVASAD.ResponsibilitiesPromote occupational therapy in connection with the Canton’s Framework Conditions within AVASAD by integrating them into FLC (and its specificities).Participate in the analysis of complex cases related to occupational therapy and be a primary resource person for local managers by providing the necessary knowledge for managing occupational therapy in their CMS.Provide clinical support to struggling professionals (secondary support to local managers) and conduct periodic field follow-ups with assessments of professional groups.Develop the identity of occupational therapy within the professional group and in line with the Framework Conditions of treatment and actively promote the deployment of programs: READOM, X, Gerontotech.Participate in discussions on defining the quality of occupational therapy with the Responsible of the department and Canton Consultants.Support financial and quality objectives related to occupational therapy.Conduct professional/scientific monitoring related to the field.ProfileBachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from HES-SO or equivalent or diploma X from the Swiss Red Cross.Proven skills in clinical research and project management, leadership, and excellent writing skills, as well as proficiency in office software.A driver's license and vehicle are essential.The FLC encourages all applications, including internal ones.
