After-Sales Service Technician (M/F) - Lausanne – Geneva Region To strengthen our service team, we are looking for a reliable, autonomous after-sales service technician for the Lausanne – Geneva region. By joining Duscholux, you become a true ambassador for our brand among our clients and partners. You will work on our shower walls and operate in a dynamic environment, with varied tasks and great autonomy. Tasks: Be the primary contact for Duscholux with our clients and partners in the Lausanne – Geneva region. Advise and assist clients with all technical questions. Take measurements directly on-site. Perform assembly, maintenance, and service for all our products. Manage damage cases and warranty requests. Assist our partners with technical questions. Independently plan your interventions. Write corresponding intervention reports. Each day is different and allows you to work independently while being at the heart of the action. Profile: You have a completed vocational training in sanitary, metal construction, carpentry, or equivalent. You have experience in a technical or assembly profession. You work autonomously and are comfortable with tools. You work quickly, with accuracy and precision. You demonstrate flexibility and are accustomed to irregular working hours.
