For one of our clients based in Geneva, we are looking for a temporary accountant (M/F) for 2-3 months, with a 50% work rate and a high probability of extension. MISSION DESCRIPTIONFollow-up on debtors: Control and management of invoices. Management of debtors and handling of aged balances and payment delays. Reminder and follow-up on collections via other entities of the group (Geneva, Lausanne, Fribourg), internal processes, and updating client files with regular reporting to the accounting management. Support: Data entry, control, and reconciliation. Filing and archiving of documents at closure as an accounting assistant in Switzerland. Mastery of general accounting entry and vendor/client management. Knowledge of French accounting (an advantage). Good level of Excel and comfortable with accounting tools: Knowledge of A3 software is a plus. Ability to analyze customer balances and ensure strict follow-up of processes.
