Deployed across multiple sites, the Lavigny Institution is looking for a Social Professional Teacher 100% in the Eventail Sector. The Lavigny Institution consists of a neurological hospital on two sites, a housing department for adults with disabilities, with either intellectual or physical impairments, a specialized school, and a department in the socializing sector Eventail, located at the Lavigny site. We are seeking a Social Professional Teacher for a permanent position at 100%. Your main responsibilities:- Support people with disabilities who have autism and/or challenging behaviors, in groups or individually.- Collaborate with the network of accompanying persons to provide the best possible care.- Take responsibility for parts of the support such as management of reports, summaries, and case follow-ups.We require:- A professional background with a degree in Social Work or a related field (ES or HES).- Preferably experience in autism and/or complex needs, with at least three years of experience in these areas.- Knowledge of tools like TEACCH, PECS, or other approaches related to the people being supported.- Excellent command of usual software programs.- Good ability to be versatile, a sense of responsibility, an open-minded attitude, a capacity for self-reflection, and skills for interdisciplinary work.- A valid B driver's license.We offer:- A salary in line with the position and in accordance with the collective labor agreements in the Vaud parapublic sector, along with benefits related to mobility (parking and public transport costs).- Continuing education and specialization opportunities, internal mobility, possible funding for degrees, and a company restaurant offering a variety of meals at preferential rates, in a pleasant professional environment that promotes interaction.- A wide range of sports and relaxation activities (yoga, fitness, aquagym, etc.) and access to massages, while enjoying regular corporate life events.- Start date: as of April 1st or by agreement.- For further information: Mr. X, sector manager.
