A thermal center, but also a wellness center, a conference and seminar center, the hotel has 85 rooms and is looking for: A MAÎTRE D'HÔTEL (M/F) 100% - CDI Your profile: - School of Hospitality or deemed equivalent - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position required - Knowledge of (Micros, Fidelio, Word, Excel, Mirus a plus) - Experience in restaurant, bar, and seminar service - Excellent command of French and good command of English - Qualities and a strong commitment to customer service - Good ability to manage and supervise a team - Excellent availability, versatility, responsibility, and pleasant character - Passionate, dynamic, eager to get involved Your tasks: - Supervise and oversee the service team in their tasks; - Ensure a quality welcome in a pleasant and friendly environment; - Take orders and process payments; - Ensure service and its smooth operation in the various points of sale: manage and verify the proper conduct of the various stages from setup to clearing and all related tasks (table setting, glasses, and cutlery, etc.); - Assume responsibility for cleaning related to the activities of the points of sale; - Manage stock, carry out orders, and receive goods; - Keep menus and prices up to date in the system; - Conduct monthly and quarterly inventories; - Participate in schedule planning and attendance sheets; - Ensure good harmony in relations with colleagues.
