The Specialized Professional Center (CFPS) Le Repuis is one of the main structures in Romandy, Switzerland, for apprentices with cognitive, physical, psychological, or behavioral difficulties. It welcomes around 370 young people each year from all over Romandy and is headquartered there. We are looking for: An electrician - 100%. The main tasks will be: Manage, maintain and develop the entire electrical network up to periodic inspection. Plan and carry out all electrical work related to internal projects. Perform the necessary assembly and connection work for the proper functioning of low current systems in collaboration with the manager and their team. Control, monitor, and ensure compliance with technical and electrical standards. Propose measures requiring changes to infrastructure. Keep updated technical documentation, plans, and diagrams related to their function. Maintain machines and tools at their disposal. Maintain electric vehicles and charging stations. Ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of audiovisual equipment. Maintain and implement safety devices present or forthcoming in the center in accordance with the directives of their manager and in coordination with the center's safety officer, and report any deviations to the safety officer. Ensure the availability of products related to their function by proposing supplies and, if necessary, ensuring follow-up. We require: A completed apprenticeship and continuous training up to date. Electrician with certification for work within the company, according to Article 13 of the OIBT. Minimum of 5 years of experience. Experience with low current systems such as video surveillance. Professional experience in a social context, with a sense of responsibility and proactivity. Ability to manage priorities, autonomy, and versatility. Ease and customer/service orientation.
