Family, Sport and Youth Service (FAM) at 60%The Family, Sport and Youth Service (FAM) supports residents in essential areas of daily life, in connection with families, school, leisure, sport and culture. Attached to this service, the youth sector develops local action for young people aged 6 to 25. It creates spaces for meeting, expression and exchange that promote living together, inclusion and the active participation of young people. In this context, you will contribute to sociocultural projects and collaborate on the general operation of the sector.You will also be responsible for the following main missions and tasks:- Design, organize and coordinate activities (open sport, animation, youth reception, etc.) and actively participate in activities organized by the sector and local or regional partners- Participate in the hiring of instructors and auxiliaries- Manage the premises and equipment of the sector and ensure their proper maintenance- Participate in working groups of professionals related to youth at the municipal, regional, cantonal, French-speaking and national levels, as well as in various committees with different municipal partners, associations and youth groups- Ensure communication, prevention, events, activities for the target audience and concerned partners and ensure their visibility on the public domain- Exercise detection and prevention action with the target audience- Perform administrative tasks and ensure their follow-upThis position requires:- Social work diploma (ESTS or HES) or equivalent- Experience in sociocultural animation and in the supervision of children and adolescents- Great ease and autonomy in project management- Skills in group dynamics- Sense of responsibility and listening skills and ease in contacts- Sensitivity to multicultural issues- Authority and ability to manage conflicts- Team spirit and dynamism- Open-mindedness and perfect autonomy- Good knowledge of current computer tools- Driving license B essential, license D1 desiredThis function involves irregular working hours, i.e., in the morning or afternoon, in the evening, on weekends, during school holidays and/or public holidays.Start date: from October 1st or by arrangement.Your file including a cover letter, your curriculum vitae, copies of your diplomas and your work certificates, must be sent to us by email until Sunday, August 23rd.
