The Hôtel Beaulac**** Superior is a benchmark in Neuchâtel hospitality. With its 116 rooms, its Lake Side restaurant, its Waves rooftop offering a spectacular view of the lake and the Alps, as well as its conference centre, our establishment welcomes local and international clientele in a high-end environment.
We are part of a dynamic hotel group that also operates the Ibis in Thielle and the Design Hotel F6 in Geneva.
Your Next Challenge
To strengthen our kitchen brigade composed of 25 to 30 passionate collaborators, we are looking for a:

Are you versatile, curious and enjoy working in different positions?
As a Rotating Chef de Partie, you will work on starters, hot dishes and desserts. A true pillar of the brigade, you will bring your expertise and adaptability on a daily basis.
At Lake Side, every service is a new adventure. Our contemporary brasserie kitchen can accommodate between 80 and 100 covers per service. Here, team spirit, organisation and passion for cooking make all the difference.
Your Responsibilities
- Prepare culinary dishes according to the establishment's quality standards.
- Prepare and cook meats, fish and garnishes.
- Participate in the mise en place of all kitchen stations.
- Ensure neat and consistent plating.
- Respect technical sheets and production costs.
- Participate in stock and order management.
- Ensure full compliance with HACCP standards.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe workspace.
- Contribute to a good atmosphere and team cohesion within the brigade.
The Profile We Are Looking For
You are above all a passionate professional.
You possess:
- a CFC, CAP, BEP or equivalent culinary training;
- successful experience in a brasserie and/or an establishment of the same category,
- excellent organisation and good stress management during busy services;
- a true team spirit;
- rigour, autonomy and attention to detail.
French is essential. Any other language is an asset.
You are available to work continuous or split shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
