For one of our clients in the Neuchâtel Mountains, we are looking for a beveling specialist.

Responsibilities

• Beveling work by hand, with a grinding wheel, or micromotor
• Visual inspection
• Support for various decoration tasks
• Compliance with expected criteria
• Training of colleagues in beveling
• Client contact
• Proposing continuous improvement initiatives

Profile

• Proven experience in beveling within watchmaking
• Excellent mastery of hand beveling with grinding wheel or micromotor
• Attention to detail and critical sense
• Excellent interpersonal and pedagogical skills
• Proactive and innovative mindset with ability to propose improvements
• Versatile and autonomous
