Your agency LIP SUISSE SA is looking for a works supervisor for one of its clients to ensure the monitoring and coordination of various renovation and site development works.

Main tasks:

• Design and propose technical solutions in the fields of civil engineering and building (finishing works).
• Prepare financial estimates for the works.
• Write technical specifications, when necessary.
• Plan, initiate and monitor the works operations.
• Coordinate the various trades involved on the sites.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules and procedures applicable on the sites.
• Daily control of the quality of services provided by the contracting companies.
• Verify the conformity of the works with technical specifications, contractual requirements and safety rules.
• Manage the budgetary follow-up of operations: analysis and validation of quotes, order tracking, measurement control and invoice validation.

Your profile:

• 5 years of experience in managing and monitoring works in civil engineering and finishing building works, notably in painting, plastering, wood and aluminium joinery, as well as minor masonry.
• Ability to work independently, with a strong sense of organisation and initiative.
• Aptitude to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Rigor, adaptability and responsiveness.
• Good knowledge of regulations and safety rules applicable on sites in France and/or Switzerland.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite or equivalent office tools.
