Workplace Operations Engineer
Your Role
As Workplace Operations Engineer at Bank J. Safra Sarasin you are part of our Workplace Engineering Team and provide Windows Endpoint related infrastructure services. You actively support our projects with a strong commitment to continuous learning and are prepared to assume operational responsibilities within an international context.
Your Responsibilities
- Ensure 2nd and 3rd level support of our services (dispatching, fixing and monitoring using incident management tool)
- Coordinate and improve tasks between Workplace engineering team and 1st-level support enabling increase of first level resolution
- Perform compliance reports (policies, monitoring, patching, endpoint protection, threat protection) in the workplace environment
- Setup and distribute applications on endpoints
- Support the on-call organization as a member
Your Profile
- University degree (university / FH) in Information Technology or completed apprenticeship as Computer Scientist (EFZ), applications from recent college graduates and apprenticeship program graduates are welcome
- 2 years of practical experience in the field of Workplace Engineering
- Successful track record in ITIL methodology v3
- Knowledge in Microsoft Windows, CVAD, SCCM, GPOs, AD, and PowerShell is required
- Hands-on mentality and motivation to develop professionally
- Fluency in English; fluency in is a plus
