Within our Digital & Systems Department, in the Workplace Engineering group, we are looking for a Workplace IT Engineer at %The missions that await you:- Define the methods, techniques, standards, and tools appropriate for the implementation and maintenance of systems and the distribution of applications- Implement the infrastructure elements necessary to support the workstation work environment- Participate in level 3 incident management within the team, ensuring effective resolution of complex problems- Analyze breakdowns and failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to eliminate recurring problems- Guarantee system availability and ensure regular monitoring through detailed reports on their performanceYour profile:- A degree in IT or another related field- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role- Confirmed expertise in the following technologies: Windows 11 Enterprise, Office 365 E5, Microsoft MEM (Intune) / MECM (SCCM) (OSD, Autopilot, Hardware, Updates, Software distribution, Settings, etc.), Microsoft Azure AD (Conditional Access, MFA, App Proxy, etc.), Microsoft Always On VPN, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Printing and GPO, PowerShell Scripting (PSAppDeployToolkit).- Skills in corporate telephony and collaboration tools (Teams, Sharepoint)- Experience in mobile device management (MAM, MDM, iOS)- Experience in managing the CIS Framework (Windows, Office, Edge)- Mastery of French (C1 level) and English (B2 level minimum), German would be an assetWe offer you:- A healthy work environment within a mutual insurance company certified Great Place to Work- Competitive conditions and social benefits- Flexibility in work organization- A stimulating framework favoring skills development and continuous learningWe look forward to receiving your complete application file digitally (with curriculum vitae, cover letter, copy of work certificates, and diplomas) jidc130762aen jit0624aen jpiy26aen
