Workplace Engineer - Long-term mission - 100%

Your role

As a Workplace Engineer, you work within the Workplace and Messaging teams of our client, where you contribute to operational activities and projects related to the workstation environment. You actively participate in the operation, evolution and continuous improvement of services, ensuring a high level of quality and user satisfaction.

You play a key role in advanced support and the modernisation of Workplace environments, while contributing to the structuring and documentation of practices.

Your mission

• You are responsible for handling L2 and L3 support requests, ensuring the effective resolution of incidents and user requests.
• You take charge of standard service requests, ensuring their processing in compliance with processes and service levels.
• You actively participate in operational tasks and remediation activities to ensure the stability and quality of Workplace environments.
• You contribute to internal and external documentation, producing clear, structured and usable content for teams and users.
• You participate in review, update and continuous improvement activities of environments and processes.
• You take part in the Workplace modernisation project, contributing to the evolution of technologies, tools and associated practices.
• You work in a Microsoft environment and master key components related to the workstation, including identity, endpoint and configuration management.

Your profile

• Graduated in IT or with equivalent experience, you have at least 4 to 5 years of experience in a Workplace environment, ideally in level 2 or 3 support.
• You have excellent knowledge of Microsoft client workstations, as well as solid mastery of Active Directory and Entra ID environments.
• You master workstation management solutions Microsoft Intune and ConfigMgr (SCCM), as well as collaborative tools Jira Service Management and Confluence.
• You have good knowledge of VDI environments, notably Omnissa Horizon, and are comfortable with PowerShell scripting.
• Knowledge of Omnissa DEM as well as messaging solutions such as Exchange Online and Cisco IronPort is an asset.
• You are proficient in French (minimum C1 level) and have good knowledge of English.
• You demonstrate strong autonomy, a developed sense of responsibility and a proactive attitude, with a real customer service mindset.
