Working Student - Manufacturing Operations Support (50%)
Dagmersellen | Working Student
Gain hands-on experience in manufacturing excellence and continuous improvement at JTI Dagmersellen.
You’ll work close to the shopfloor, report directly to the Make & Pack Lead and contribute to local and global manufacturing improvement projects.
What You’ll Be Working On
Keeping PDCA files up to date
Supporting daily shopfloor operations (work orders, shift handover books, 5S3R)
Helping with IT & system topics (onboarding tickets, access rights, documentation)
Supporting Quality & Safety tasks (NCR filing, refresher plans)
Helping drive Change Management and operational organization
You’re a Great Fit If You…
Are currently studying Engineering, Manufacturing, Business or something similar
Like structure, processes and making things run smoothly
Are comfortable with Excel and digital tools
Enjoy working in an international environment
Speak English and German both min at B2 level
