We are at home throughout Europe and always close to you.Windows Server Systems Engineer - Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (f/m/d)Be your best with bechtleFor one of our clients in the banking sector in Geneva, we are looking for a Windows Server Systems Engineer - Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (f/m/d) responsible for driving the industrialized deployment of Microsoft Defender for Endpoint on a Windows Server environment.Mission- Analyze the existing Windows Server environment and identify the technical prerequisites for the deployment of Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.- Define the deployment strategy based on GPOs, PowerShell scripts, and adapted mechanisms.- Industrialize the server onboarding process to ensure a reliable, reproducible, and secure deployment.- Carry out the testing, validation, and deployment phases on a fleet of several hundred Windows servers.- Ensure troubleshooting, resolve technical incidents, and collaborate with the Infrastructure and Security teams.Profile- Confirmed experience in Windows Server 2016, 2019, and 2022, ideally in a large-scale environment.- Very good command of Active Directory, GPOs, PowerShell, and mechanisms related to Windows environments.- Proven experience in the deployment and configuration of Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, including server onboarding.- Knowledge of Microsoft Defender XDR, hardening best practices, and security requirements specific to Windows servers.- Solid troubleshooting skills, ability to structure a diagnostic approach, and ease in collaborating with Infrastructure and Security teams.Our proposal- Advantageous working conditions: 6 weeks of vacation per year and a pension plan.- Development and enhancement of potential: vast range of professional and personal training offered by the Bechtle Academy.- Diversity: interesting and changing tasks in a future-oriented sector.Bechtle Switzerland AGBechtle Switzerland AG has certified skills in the areas: IT Infrastructure, IT Management, Managed Services, Skills Management, Analytics, Printing Solutions, and E-Commerce.
