Your main tasks
  • Design and implementation of the Faculty’s communication policy (public relations and marketing communication strategy), in agreement with the Dean and the administrators
  • Coordination of communication with the Unicom Communication and Media service
  • Development, planning and implementation of the Faculty’s communication projects, promotion of the Faculty’s activities
  • Organisation of events for the general public as well as for current and prospective students of the Faculty
  • Management of the Faculty’s website, supervision of the web editor’s activities
  • Development and management of the Faculty’s various communication and promotion channels
  • Internal communication
  • Development and management of the Faculty’s marketing campaigns, in partnership with the Unicom Communication and Media service and external providers
  • Support for the promotion of study programmes
Desired profile
  • Higher education in communication, media or public relations, with at least 2 years’ experience in the field
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Ability to work independently or collectively depending on the projects
  • Resilient, flexible personality with strong interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of website editing and community management
  • Marketing experience is an asset
  • Bilingual French/German or excellent knowledge of both languages, written and spoken (level C1)
