As part of the development of our Geneva-based client’s activities, we are looking for an experienced Waterproofing Team Leader for a long temporary assignment that could lead to a permanent position.

Waterproofing Team Leader
- Several years of proven experience in waterproofing.
- Successful experience in team management on construction sites in the Geneva area.
- Excellent mastery of waterproofing techniques and materials.
- Sense of responsibility, leadership, and ability to motivate a team.
- Organisation, autonomy, and rigour.
- Good knowledge of safety regulations on construction sites.
- Training in construction and, if possible, a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a waterproofing specialist.
- Supervise, organise, and lead a team of waterproofing installers.
- Plan interventions and allocate tasks on construction sites.
- Read and interpret plans as well as technical documents.
- Ensure the execution of waterproofing works on roofs, terraces, balconies, and underground structures.
- Install and supervise the application of bituminous membranes, synthetic membranes (PVC, TPO), resins, and insulation systems.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety standards, and deadlines.
- Monitor the progress of work and guarantee the conformity of the completed tasks.
- Manage equipment and supplies.
- Be the main point of contact for the site manager and other stakeholders on site.
