Serving private and public owners, architects, real estate agencies, and general contractors, our teams provide a precise and rigorous response to every challenge, with a constant commitment: impeccable quality at the right price.Within the framework of the development of our roofing waterproofing department, we are looking for a professional ready to take on new challenges:Waterproofing Project ManagerYour tasks:- Management of several waterproofing sites.- Management of assembly teams and monitoring of the proper execution of sites and material orders.- Liaison with clients, architects, and suppliers.- Management of quality and safety control on sites.- Management of supplier supplies.- Financial and administrative management of projects.- Assisting the design office in responding to tenders.Your profile:- Confirmed knowledge in the roofing and/or waterproofing trade.- Experience in the management/supervision of waterproofing sites.- Sense of customer service and rigor in monitoring files.- Sense of priority management and positive attitude.- Dynamism and team spirit with a high level of responsibility.- Knowledge of IT tools and software.- A driver's license is required.An asset:- Minimum 3 years of experience in managing sheet metal and roofing sites, preferably in Switzerland.- Federal master's degree in sheet metal work, foreman's certificate, or equivalent diploma.- Knowledge of construction standards and equipment.We offer you:- Joining a centenary, family-owned company, leader in its field in Geneva.- Joining a supportive team attentive to your development.- Participating in the realization of large-scale projects with a heritage character (Historical Monuments).- Possibility of internal evolution and progression in your responsibilities.- Geographical area concentrated on the canton of Geneva.- Salary based on your skills and experience. jid117eb05aen jit0418aen jpiy26aen
