Regularly mandated by various watchmaking manufacturers, our agency is looking for operators to strengthen the existing teams.
Watchmaking Operator (M/F)
Your profile:
- Holder of an AFP or CFC in watchmaking
- Experience in assembling small watch components
- Autonomy, rigour, precision and method
- Proven experience in a repetitive, high-paced production environment
- Strong team spirit
- Excellent manual dexterity and keen eye for detail
- Precisely assemble various watch components
- Carry out casing operations in compliance with established processes
- Perform aesthetic and functional checks of parts
- Ensure the quality and conformity of operations performed
- Work within teams organised in 2x8 or 3x8 shifts
