Mandated by one of our clients, a prestigious watchmaking Manufacture located in the Bernese Jura, we are looking for a:

You have several years of experience in the watchmaking sector
You are comfortable with tweezers and proficient in using a binocular microscope
You have great dexterity and are meticulous in your tasks
You are skilled in reading plans, which is an asset
You are open-minded, dynamic and autonomous You perform various manual operations or on semi-automatic machines (decoration, setting in the case)
You sort components and carry out packaging
You perform a visual self-check of your production
You report non-conformities and participate in continuous improvement
You ensure first-level maintenance of semi-automatic machines
You monitor production
