In this role, you will be at the heart of the development and evolution of high-value watch components. You will participate in the technical model development, ensuring a high level of requirement in terms of quality, precision, and reliability within an environment where we have a unique opportunity for you! To meet our client’s needs, we are looking for a: WATCH PROTOTYPERResponsibilities: - Carry out the assembly, adjustment, and development of watch components in a development and technical context. - Intervene on product evolutions by providing technical solutions adapted to aesthetic and functional constraints. - Collaborate closely with the technical office and teams to translate intentions into concrete watch solutions. - Be a key technical interlocutor in exchanges with profiles that have a strong design and conception sensitivity. - Perform adjustments, refinements, and finishings of components with a high level of requirement. - Participate in testing phases and continuous improvement. - Identify techniques and propose paths for technical and aesthetic controls of the completed pieces.Profile:- CFC Watchmaker or deemed confirmed experience (minimum 5 years) in movement assembly, ideally in demanding environments. - Excellent mastery of assembly, adjustments, and technical sensitivity, with a good understanding of aesthetic stakes. - Ability to interact with various interlocutors (technical and design) and work autonomously with a sense of analysis, discretion, and professionalism. - Ability to evolve in a confidential and demanding environment.Benefits:- Confidential and demanding environment. - Direct interaction with high-level technical teams. - Technical projects of high value.If you have any other questions regarding this job offer (reference: JN -), contact your Adecco Technology advisors - Sergio MARFIL - Write an email.About us:Adecco is the market leader in personnel solutions in Switzerland and worldwide.
