Watchmaker Production EFZ

The goal of your vocational training with us

We want to promote your professional and social skills and lay the foundation for a successful learning process. With the latest working methods and modern tools, you will be prepared for your future profession. Internal training modules in cooperation with the Swatch Group as well as excursions with other apprentices complement your interesting apprenticeship period.

During your three-year training as a watchmaker in production, you will first receive basic training in the ETA training workshop and acquire all the necessary skills related to future technical requirements. Then the specialised training begins, in which you deepen and consolidate your practical skills. This part of the training takes place both in the ETA training workshop and with us in the Production T2 and Customer Service departments.

Profile

For the profession of watchmaker in production, manual dexterity, a delicate touch, and attention to detail are important. Very good mathematics skills and a completed compulsory school education, ideally Sek E/Sek, are prerequisites.
