As part of a long-term temporary assignment, we are looking for one of our clients, a watchmaking manufacture based in the Canton of Geneva, a

Carrying out the assembly of simple movements in sequential assembly, ensuring an optimal quality level while respecting the assembly, lubrication and control processes:

• Neatly assemble movements following the production processes as well as the assembly and control instructions in place.
• Perform lubrication operations precisely using industrial or manual processes.
• Carry out various adjustments, beatings, and oilings independently.
• Adjust and regulate the functions and beatings of the escapement independently.
• Perform adjustment, beatings, oiling, flattening and centring of the hairspring, balancing of the balance wheel, adjustment of the mean time of movements with flat hairspring balance wheel.
• Ensure the aesthetic, technical and functional control of each assembled part of the movement to deliver a product meeting the company’s specifications and criteria.

Required technical skills:

• Mastery of greasing, oiling and beatings.
• Knowledge of the different parts of the movement to be assembled.
• Good visual acuity and manual dexterity.

Your profile:

• Watchmaker Federal Certificate of Capacity (or equivalent).
• Team spirit.
• Rigour and precision.
