In parallel, you will play a key role in the development of technical skills, by structuring and deploying watchmaking training internally. You will report directly to the After-Sales Services Manager, as well as to the After-Sales Manager for the training part.ResponsibilitiesWatchmaking & Repair Activity- Perform diagnostics on received watches (mechanical and quartz)- Carry out service repairs in compliance with quality and deadline criteria- Contribute to the excellence of service & qualityTraining & Skills Development- Develop, organize, plan, and lead watchmaking training- Participate in the definition of the training strategy- Set up and pilot Train the Trainers programs- Ensure technical support for service centers and monitor their performanceQuality & Continuous Improvement- Develop and maintain technical documentation related to repairs- Participate in the development of specific tools for certain models- Ensure technical monitoring and update support materials according to developmentsYour profile- Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (CFC) in Watchmaking or equivalent- Confirmed experience in After-Sales watchmaking (mechanical and quartz)- Experience or aptitude for training and knowledge transfer- Excellent technical skills and attention to detail- Ability to structure, formalize, and transmit knowledge- Autonomy, rigor, and sense of service- Good communication skills and ease in an international environment- Availability for travel (approx. 20%)We offer- A key position combining technical expertise and knowledge transfer- A dynamic environment within a recognized company in the watch industry- A strong international dimension and interactions with different markets- Varied projects with a real impact on quality and After-Sales performance- Attractive conditions and a modern work environment- Ideal start date: June 1st (to be agreed upon) jid85432f5aen jit0416aen jpiy26aen
