Watchmaker PrototyperIn the context of this role, you will work at the heart of the development and evolution of high-value watchmaking components. You will participate in the technical aspects of models, ensuring a high level of requirement in terms of quality, precision, and reliability, within a demanding environment. To meet our client's needs, we are looking for a:WATCHMAKER PROTOTYPERResponsibilities- Perform the assembly, adjustment, and fine-tuning of watchmaking components in a development and technical context.- Intervene on product evolutions by providing technical solutions adapted to aesthetic and functional constraints.- Collaborate closely with the technical office and teams to translate intentions into concrete watchmaking solutions.- Be a key technical contact in exchanges with profiles having a strong sensitivity to design and conception.- Perform touch-ups, adjustments, and finishing of components with a high level of requirement.- Participate in testing phases and continuous improvement.- Identify techniques and propose paths for improvement.- Perform technical and aesthetic checks of the produced parts.Profile- Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (CFC) in Watchmaking or equivalent recognized experience.- Confirmed experience (minimum 5 years) in movement assembly, ideally in demanding environments.- Excellent mastery of assembly, settings, and adjustments.- Technical sensitivity and good understanding of aesthetic challenges.- Ability to interact with various stakeholders (technical and design).- Autonomy and sense of detail.- Analytical skills, discretion, and professionalism.- Ability to evolve in a demanding environment.Benefits- Confidential and demanding environment.- Direct interaction with technical and high-level teams.- Technical projects with high added value.About usAdecco is the market leader in personnel solutions in Switzerland and worldwide.
