For one of our clients, a solidly established company active in the watchmaking field, located in La Chaux-de-Fonds, we are looking for a:Watch PolisherYour Responsibilities- Perform manual finishing work on external watch parts, notably bracelets, buckles, and clasps- Apply various surface treatments according to required standards: polishing and final brightening- Prepare components beforehand, including roughing and cleaning surfaces- Select and adjust methods and tools according to materials used (steel, gold, titanium) and ensure the proper use of polishing equipment: discs, brushes, felts, and abrasive compounds- Ensure aesthetic compliance and dimensions of parts by respecting shapes, angles, and finishes- Perform visual and dimensional checks to guarantee compliance with quality criteria- Contribute to polishing techniques in terms of performance, quality, and working conditionsYour Profile- Minimum 3 years of experience in polishing watch parts, ideally on bracelets, buckles, and clasps- Good mastery of finishing techniques such as satin finishing, sandblasting, and brightening- Attention to detail and particular focus on the visual aspect of parts- Manual dexterity, precision, and care in the execution of work- Knowledge of the main materials used in watchmaking (steel, gold, titanium)- Comfortable working both independently and in a team- Positive spirit and in phase with values such as integrity, responsibility, and quality of work- Flexible and capable of adapting to a production environmentAdvantages- A stable position offering the opportunity to actively contribute to the quality of our products- Working conditions within a dynamic professional environment- True autonomy in your field of expertiseAbout usAt Safeguard Global Switzerland, we support companies with their recruitment needs, for both temporary and permanent positions.
