Description
Within a "pilot" workshop, you will primarily carry out manual polishing and finishing operations in watchmaking assembly.
Permanent contract - 100% rate - Daytime hours
Mandated by one of our clients, we are looking for a:
Polisher/Finisher in Watchmaking Assembly (M/F)
- Training as a polisher or finisher in watchmaking assembly or considered equivalent
- Proven experience in manual polishing and watchmaking finishing
- Good dexterity, aesthetic sense, rigour, autonomy and attention to detail
- CNC knowledge appreciated; dual skills in manual polishing / CNC is a strong asset
- Carry out manual polishing, brightening and felt preparation operations
- Ensure complete finishing on conventional machines in watchmaking assembly
- Prepare surfaces and perform necessary touch-ups before finishing
- Occasionally operate simple robotic CNC machines for certain operations
- Perform dimensional and aesthetic checks of components
- Define polishing ranges and participate in specific tooling / fixtures
- Contribute to continuous improvement and monitor daily production indicators
