For a major Geneva watchmaking manufacturer, we are recruiting for various positions related to the finishing of watch case components:

• Watch finisher position

You will be responsible for completing the full watch finishing of watch components.

In this context, we are looking for individuals with the following skills:

- Federal VET Diploma as a finisher / Certificate of Professional Proficiency in polishing

- Experience in preparation, felting, polishing, satin finishing or manual brightening of parts

- Experience with one of the following metals: brass, steel, titanium, precious metals

- Ability to produce large series consistently.

• Multi-skilled finishing operator position

You will be responsible for performing finishing on automatic and semi-automatic machines (polishing, satin finishing, brightening, lapping, felting) as well as decorative operations on machines (sunray brushing, perlage, Côtes de Genève...).

You will also ensure the aesthetic inspection of your parts-

In this context, we are looking for individuals with the following skills:

- Training involving automated machines or polishing

- Industrial or paced experience with an aesthetic eye

- Good visual acuity, excellent dexterity, rigour and precision.
