You are talented and passionate for a permanent position (CDI) for one of our clients, based in Geneva, we are looking for a: Watch Designer M/F. Mission: Design new men's watches in line with the Men's Watches. MISSION DESCRIPTION: - Propose new ideas produced for men's and women's watch collections.- Ensure adherence to aesthetic codes.- Keep existing collections updated and refreshed.- Modify and adapt designs of existing watch components.- Develop new products based on design briefs.- Develop design proposals for special orders assigned to the collections and create 3D designs for realistic graphics and file transmission to the Technical Office, working closely with departments such as the Technical Office for Watches and the Technical Office for Movements to ensure aesthetic follow-up of ongoing developments until the final prototype.- Analyze competition and market trends (aesthetic, technical).- Create graphic and technical plans for suppliers: dimensioned plans for suppliers based on the dimensioned plans generated with specific visuals and hand drawings for the graphic department, and coordinate with other departments (presentation boxes) and Accessories (small clocks, writing instruments, cufflinks), and work with the Legal Department for design deposits.PROFILE: - Master's degree or equivalent.- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position in watchmaking is essential.- Artistic sense and proficiency in 3D software (Rhino), Photoshop, and hand drawing.- Fluent in French and English.- Proactive.- Team spirit.- Ability to... jid163a5dcaen jit0414aen jpiy26aen
