Warehouse Clerk / LogisticianA recognized company in the sanitary field in Geneva is looking for a rigorous and autonomous Warehouse Clerk / Logistician to join its team. If you enjoy and wish to play a key role in the responsiveness of our teams, both for emergency repair technicians available 24/7 and for new construction sites, this position is made for you.Main Missions:Stock Management and Supply:- Ensure the constant availability of materials for sites (new, emergency repairs).- Manage stock entries/outputs accurately to guarantee reliability in supplier orders, track deliveries, and optimize stock levels to avoid shortages and overstock.- Collaborate with management to continuously improve the logistics system.Logistics and Deliveries:- Receive and inspect goods.- Drive the company vehicle to deliver materials to sites and suppliers.- Ensure secure loading and assist with unloading if needed.Maintenance:- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and secure (labeling system, dedicated areas).- Manage waste sorting in compliance with Swiss standards.- Maintain tools and machines (inventory, monitor maintenance of service vehicle and surrounding areas).Profile:- Holder of a vocational diploma in logistics or a recognized equivalent.- Experience: You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the construction or sanitary field.- A valid B driver's license is required.Technical Skills:- You have a good knowledge of sanitary systems and master stock management tools (specialized software or Excel). Knowledge of waste sorting regulations in Switzerland is a plus.Personal Skills:- Methodical, reliable, and organized, you know how to manage unexpected situations reactively.
