Server and CookWe are looking for a passionate and serious server and cook to join our dynamic team. You will work in a unique setting in Western Switzerland where our concept stands out for its quality and friendly atmosphere.Server:You will be responsible for:- Setup & Cleaning: Preparing and organizing the restaurant room before service and ensuring its maintenance after each service.- Welcome & Advice: Warmly welcoming our guests, advising them on our offerings, and ensuring a friendly atmosphere.- Service: Ensuring the service of dishes, whether in buffet form for our guests or plated meals for weddings and events.- Cash Management: Handling payments accurately and professionally.- Personalized Follow-up: Attending to the needs of the clients throughout the service.- Dishwashing: You will be responsible for dishwashing, cleaning, and maintenance.Cook:You will be responsible for:- Performing preparation and kitchen production, managing plating and service.- Ensuring quality of the dishes served.- Respecting hygiene and safety standards as well as HACCP standards, keeping your workstation clean and maintained.- Participating in the service for special events: banquets, weddings, special evenings, etc.- Performing any other tasks related to the position as requested by the head chef or management.- Participating in dishwashing cleaning.Desired Profiles:- Passion & Seriousness: You love your profession and fully invest in your tasks.- Background & Experience: Coming from a professional background in hospitality and/or possessing experience in this field.- Qualities: Good interpersonal skills, team spirit, versatility, and ability to adapt to a varied clientele.- Organization & Autonomy: You are organized and autonomous.- Language Skills: Proficiency in French, both spoken and written.- Work Permit & Mobility: Swiss citizenship or valid work permit, vehicle, and driving license are necessary. jide61f5a2aen jit0415aen jpiy26aen
