For our client based in Geneva, we are looking for a Specialist in Video Surveillance (f/m/d) responsible for maintaining and evolving video surveillance and security infrastructures. Mission Operate, maintain and develop the video surveillance infrastructure. Participate in IP camera projects in new buildings and on urban furniture. Ensure the configuration, technical support, and troubleshooting of Axis IP cameras as well as the Milestone VMS. Contribute to the technical rooms' management and integrate access control, intercom, and alarm systems. Handle incidents, ensure on-call service according to the defined schedule, and document projects, sites, and interventions in the tools. Profile Minimum 5 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in a similar role in engineering or video surveillance. Good skills in configuring and troubleshooting Axis IP cameras as well as in Milestone VMS support. Solid knowledge of technologies for technical rooms and experience in implementing solutions integrating access control, intercom, and alarm systems. Knowledge of network services such as Ethernet, IP routing, and VLAN; knowledge of technical standards and guidelines related to telecommunications. Dynamic, service-oriented, ability to work in a team, good writing skills, and willingness to continuously develop one’s competencies.
