Originating from an industrial heritage dating back to the 19th century, GINOX is a group firmly established in Switzerland. Based in Montreux, the group designs and manufactures, in Switzerland and the United Arab Emirates, ventilation hoods, refrigerated cabinets, water drainage systems as well as cold, neutral and hot furniture intended for the professional kitchen world. Alongside its manufacturing activities, GINOX develops concepts and carries out turnkey kitchen projects each year for hundreds of new clients in Switzerland, Europe and the Middle East.

To complete our team based in Chailly-Montreux, we are looking for a:

Your tasks

Within our production department, you will work both in the workshop and on our clients’ sites. Thanks to your versatility, you will participate in the entire manufacturing and installation process of our projects. Your main responsibilities are as follows:

• Reading plans and checking work sheets
• Cutting tubes and profiles
• TIG/MIG welding work
• Assembly of furniture
• Loading and unloading during transport
• Checking equipment on site and collecting packaging
• Assembly and installation of furniture, ventilation hoods and equipment according to the execution plan
• Adaptations, modifications and finishing work on site (polishing, welding, etc.)
• Coordination with other trades
• Participation in the maintenance and organisation of the workshop
• Application of safety and quality rules

Your profile

• Federal VET Diploma as industrial equipment builder, locksmith, or equivalent training
• Experience in stainless steel work and metal fabrication
• Good knowledge of TIG/MIG welding
• Ability to read execution plans
• Comfortable both in the workshop and on site
• Holder of a category B driving licence (trailer licence an advantage)
• Team spirit, autonomy and sense of responsibility.
• Fluency in French
