Beschreibung

Ensure the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting and proper functioning of the electrical installations of buildings, while also working in a versatile manner on sanitary installations, heating systems and various basic tasks. This position is suitable for a person with experience as well as a keen sense of organisation, priorities and follow-up.

Desired Profile

Person holding a federal certificate of competence (CFC) as an electrician with experience, knowledge in sanitary systems is a real plus. Sense of organisation and responsibility Ability to work independently Initiative Availability, flexibility and versatility Knowledge of practices and techniques for managing installations Ability to solve technical problems on site Knowledge of local suppliers.

Electricity

Preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical installations Troubleshooting electrical installations (lighting, sockets, panels, circuit breakers, etc.) Intervention on indoor and outdoor lighting systems Control and monitoring of electrical installations according to current standards Monitoring of technical installations control, internal maintenance interventions (sanitary, ventilation, security, lifts, etc…) Exceptional troubleshooting in the evenings and weekends on campuses (buildings and outdoors) Monitoring and maintenance of energy installations, heating installations, ventilation, locks, lifting pumps, boilers and lifts

Sanitary (versatility)

First-level troubleshooting on sanitary installations (leaks, taps, toilets, sinks, showers) Replacement of simple sanitary elements Monitoring of hot and cold water installations (boiler) Collaboration with external sanitary companies for complex interventions

Versatility & general technical skills (a plus)

Occasional interventions in other trades (locksmithing, minor carpentry, simple ventilation)

Contract type: full-time, permanent contract
