To support our growth, we are looking for a:

Your mission

Reporting to the Administrative and Financial Manager, you will actively participate in the company’s accounting management. Your main responsibilities are as follows:

- Control, allocation, entry and payment of supplier invoices;

- Entry of daily journal entries related to banks, postal accounts and cash registers;

- Monitoring of general accounting;

- Management and follow-up of disputes;

- Participation in closing tasks in collaboration with the Administrative and Financial Manager.

- Administrative support to the Technical Manager, particularly in the management, monitoring and archiving of various technical and regulatory documents.

Your profile

- Holder of a Federal VET Diploma as a commercial employee supplemented by accounting training (federal certificate, accounting diploma or equivalent training);

- 3 to 5 years’ experience in corporate accounting;

- Experience in the construction sector is an asset;

- Excellent writing skills and impeccable spelling;

- Very good command of IT tools (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.);

- Experience with an ERP system, knowledge of Abacus is an advantage;

- Rigorous, autonomous, discreet person with a good team spirit;

- Excellent command of French.
