Validation Engineer (2-year contract)

Our long term client Medtronic, is looking for a :

Create, review, and execute validation protocols (OQ, PQ, TMV) for various processes, and systems.
Testing and Execution: conduct validation testing, inspections, and verifications to ensure compliance with predefined standards and requirements. This includes test method validation (TMV), performance qualification (PQ) and operational qualification (OQ).
Data Analysis and Reporting: collect, analyze, and interpret validation data to assess the performance of systems and equipment. Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing validation results, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
May provide technical and sustaining engineering support in a manufacturing area.
May recommend and implement equipment and process modifications to meet quality standards and improve production efficiencies, manufacturing techniques as well as production yields for existing products.
Help to integrate equipment and material capabilities to meet process module target specifications and technology target specifications.
Participate to review product development requirements for compatibility with processing methods to determine costs and schedules.
Interacts with product design and development personnel to ensure that processes and designs are compatible.
May develop manufacturing processes that are applicable to statistical process control and develop those techniques including the measurement systems.
Ensures processes and procedures are in compliance with regulations.
