As a Porter - Valet, you play an essential role in the experience lived by guests from their arrival until their departure. A true ambassador of the establishment, you embody the elegance, sense of service and excellence that make the reputation of this exceptional address.
You welcome a demanding international clientele with professionalism, discretion and courtesy. You take charge of the luggage, accompany guests to their rooms, present the hotel facilities and ensure that every arrival is smooth, warm and personalised.
Responsible for managing our guests’ vehicles, you ensure their careful handling and return. Always attentive to details, you anticipate guests’ expectations and work closely with the reception, concierge and housekeeping teams to guarantee impeccable service quality.
Profile soughtWith a successful first experience in high-end or luxury hospitality, you naturally have a sense of welcome and personalised service.
With an excellent presentation, you enjoy contact with an international clientele and know how to establish a relationship of trust from the very first moments. Your discretion, relational elegance and ability to anticipate the needs of your interlocutors make you a recognised professional.
Responsive, flexible and rigorous, you know how to operate in a demanding environment where every detail counts. You hold a valid driving licence and have perfect mastery of driving high-end vehicles.
Fluency in French and English is essential. Any other language is considered an appreciated advantage.
