Ensure the collection, care, and return of vehicles. Maintain the entrance and surroundings of the establishment with care and attention. Be available to assist the concierge team with various tasks. Cater to clients' specific requests with responsiveness and courtesy. Inform clients about hotel services and the surrounding area. Contribute to the prestigious image and status of the establishment. Profile: Excellent attention to detail, rigor, and dynamism. Confirmed ease and team spirit. Experience in luxury hospitality, a valid driving license in Switzerland (impeccable driving record). Proficiency in French and a minimum level of English for clientele. Ability to manage unexpected situations calmly and discreetly, passionate about the hospitality industry.
