User Experience Leader (f/m/d) On behalf of our banking client based in Geneva, we are looking for a User Experience Leader (f/m/d) responsible for driving experience across a complex portfolio. Mission - Gather and formalize user pain points and UX issues on a portfolio of approximately 200 clients with a primary focus on 3 major environments. - Propose concrete solutions while considering technical constraints and business objectives. - Continuously drive user experience with IT and product teams. - Ensure alignment and buy-in from technical and business stakeholders around the formulated objectives. Your profile - Proven experience in UX, Product, or Delivery in complex environments, ideally with both technical and functional skills, and a strong sensitivity to issues demonstrated in structuring, analyzing, and prioritizing large-scale projects. - Excellent skills in cross-functional communication and stakeholder management. - Very good ability to synthesize, solution-oriented mindset, and capability to formulate clear and actionable recommendations. - Comfort in navigating a demanding environment with multiple interfaces, constraints, and stakeholders. - Residence in Switzerland is required for the position.
