Used Car Salesperson (M/F) Missions: Do you want to join a dynamic and friendly team and become part of a growing group? Working closely with your management, you will be responsible for promoting the used vehicle sales activities of our BYMYCAR dealership in Bussigny, and for carrying out sales and management activities, while respecting the brand's quality requirements and the objective: always increasing our performance and retaining our customers. In this role, you will be responsible for both the activity volume and customer satisfaction of the dealership. Your tasks will include: - Managing and organizing the location for the reception and resale of used vehicles - Welcoming and assisting prospects and clients at the dealership - Selling vehicles as well as additional services and products (financing, maintenance, warranty extensions) - Managing returns and potential disputes regarding orders - Overseeing our clients from the order to delivery - Participating in various tasks related to the daily management of the dealership - Reporting all relevant information regarding our activity and environment (market, competitors, pricing, discounts…) Profile: You have solid field sales experience in the automotive commercial sector. Business-oriented, with a commercial mindset, your skills will allow you to develop the dealership's turnover, while keeping track of your customer relationships with a continuous outlook in the used vehicle commercial sector.
