The Municipality of Ecublens is looking for an urban planner - project manager (80%) for the Urban Planning Department.
Your profile:
- Higher education in a field related to spatial planning, mobility, or landscape architecture.
- Significant professional experience in a similar role or related field.
- Project management skills with the ability to organise and coordinate.
- Excellent writing skills and proficiency in office tools including MS Office.
- Autonomy in work, while promoting effective collaboration within the team.
- Flexibility, good stress resistance, and ability to manage priorities.
- Analytical mindset, responsiveness, and ability to anticipate issues and take initiatives.
- A good knowledge of the region, its institutional context, and ongoing projects is an additional asset.
Main missions:
- Actively participate in the challenges and dynamics of the City’s spatial planning.
- Support sustainable and quality developments.
- Ensure the operational implementation of objectives and measures set out in the municipal master plan and climate plan.
- Support and coordinate planning projects such as zoning plans and master studies.
- Support and coordinate the planning and implementation of soft mobility and public transport projects.
- Participate in various inter-municipal working groups.
