We are seeking an Upper Primary Homeroom Teacher to inspire curiosity, relational learning, academic growth, and transferable competencies. Key Responsibilities: Nurture a welcoming environment where upper primary learners feel known, valued, and empowered to explore complex concepts. Turn natural student curiosity into meaningful growth through project-based learning (PBL), interdisciplinary approaches, and authentic assessments. Support multilingual students and foster intercultural understanding in line with our commitment to global citizenship. Build safe, welcoming daily studio and classroom routines that promote emotional wellbeing, student agency, and clear expectations. Skills & Qualifications: Demonstrated expertise in upper primary learning environments (project-based learning, interdisciplinary units, authentic assessments). Deep understanding of upper primary child development, relational learning, and social-emotional growth (SEL). Proven ability to establish strong, transparent partnerships with parents regarding student progress and wellbeing. Skilled at supporting non-native English speakers (EAL/multilingualism) and celebrating linguistic diversity. Relational practitioner focused on inclusive, safe classroom cultures.
