Your mission: Manage the healthcare team closely with the head nurse, organize the work and distribute it fairly, ensure adherence to care procedures and protocols, manage, coordinate, and control the work of caregivers, resolve conflicts within the team, assist and support nurses when necessary, communicate with families and ensure proper handover. Required skills: Excellent calm demeanor, autonomy, adaptability, listening skills, teamwork, ease of flexibility and availability. Your profile: You hold a nursing diploma (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) or a degree recognition from the Swiss Red Cross, you have a CAS in health institutions management or an equivalent title, you have management experience, and you are available or available quickly.
