Ensure the safety of the overall support for beneficiaries within the life unit with a compatible geriatric/PAA mission

Manage the care and support team

Collaborate with doctors and partners

Essential requirements for the role:

• HES nursing diploma (or equivalent qualification / Swiss recognition)
• Proficiency with computer tools
• Organisational skills
• Positive leadership
• Team spirit and empathy
• Good listening and communication skills

Your assets:

• CAS in team management (or equivalent qualification / Swiss recognition)
• Training as PLEX / PLAISIR evaluator
