The Hotel Beaulac is looking for a new employee who can identify with our mission and our values.Experienced Hotel Receptionist at 100%Your main missions will be:- You will proactively and efficiently ensure the reception.- You will be responsible for making every effort to transmit key information essential for unforgettable stays by our clientele.- You will anticipate and respond to the needs of our clients while reporting client feedback to the relevant departments.- You will provide information on possible tourist activities in the canton of Neuchâtel.- You will process check-outs and be responsible for billing the clientele.- You will guarantee the excellence of the service and our standards and will actively participate in the loyalty of the clientele.Profile sought:- You have excellent presentation and place great importance on customer satisfaction and service quality.- You are bilingual in French and English and speak another language fluently.- You have successful experience as a receptionist in a 4 or 5-star establishment.- You know how to perform your duties as a receptionist with discretion and confidentiality.- You know how to implement actions to shape the experience of our clients and your know-how leaves an impression on the establishment.- You are available to work during the week as well as on weekends with shifts in the hotel.Do you think you have the profile sought?
