UI Branding Specialist



About the role

Within the Art Direction team, you design and develop animation systems that enhance the user experience on multi-device digital products. In close collaboration with UI/UX teams and developers, you transform creative concepts into concrete, documented, and easily integrable solutions.

You play a key role in defining the visual and behavioural language of interfaces, while ensuring brand identity consistency across the entire digital ecosystem.

Tasks

This role combines expertise in motion design and UI/branding sensitivity to ensure a smooth visual experience and a strong brand identity across the entire digital ecosystem.

  • Design and produce UI animations for digital applications and platforms
  • Develop a motion language consistent with the brand identity
  • Create high-fidelity mock-ups and static visuals using Figma
  • Define interactive behaviours and micro-interactions of interface components
  • Develop clear motion guidelines and specifications for developers
  • Optimise animations according to technical constraints and various platforms (mobile, desktop, TV)
  • Participate in UX reflections related to movement, visual hierarchy, and user experience
  • Contribute to the evolution of the design system and its overall coherence

We are looking for

  • Excellent command of Figma and Adobe After Effects
  • Proven expertise in digital branding applied to digital products
  • Experience in designing and documenting Motion Design Systems
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX challenges and interactive design principles
  • Ability to work independently on strategic projects
  • Excellent command of French and English (minimum C1 level)

An advantage if you have

  • Knowledge of 3D (Cinema 4D, Blender or equivalent)
  • Experience in media, information, or communication sectors
  • Regular collaboration with front-end or product development teams
